Living and Dining Rooms    Living Room Dimensions: 31’ X 26’

Hugonet couches in the open-air living room face the ocean, and will be a gathering place, whether your group is 2, 4 or 6 people. The Italian windows can be left open or closed, depending on the ocean breezes.

Louisiana artist John Geldersma, turned the dining table of the Monsaingeon family into a masterpiece. It seats eight comfortably and will be the site for some wonderful evenings. There is a feeling of peace and safety in this beautiful area.


Kitchen and Bar    Kitchen Dimensions: 12’ X 21’

The bar is tucked away by the kitchen and contains a large natural rock formation in the corner. The open kitchen is very well equipped with caphalon cookware, dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee pot, an electric oven and a French stove top which features both gas and electric burners.

A complete collection of wine glasses, glassware, and flatware, serving pieces and cooking utensils again show the attention to detail in this villa.

There is a ceiling fan up in the exposed rafters of the kitchen.
